If you dropped by to see me at 2010 Gala Expo, you got the first look at one of our brand new products, and the one I’m the most excited for! If you didn’t get to stop by, here is your chance!
So, you know those boring old guestbooks where people sign their name on the line, you go through the names once and think “Aww well that’s nice..”, then you shove it a closet, never to be seen again, or until you do some spring cleaning, and even then you don’t open it again. WELL, this isn’t one of them!
Introducing, Scuffed Boots Photography’s brand new, custom designed guestbooks. How it works, is once we have completed your engagement session, your guestbook will be custom designed based on the look and “theme” of your session. The sample featured in this blog post features photos from Chrissy and Justin’s shoot, and we did their session at the farm where Chrissy had her horse boarded. So, in turn, the pages were designed with a bit of a country feel to match. Each guestbook is designed in mind that your going to be using it for signatures, there is a good match of open space as well as big pictures. Which means, your not going to shove this in a closet. These guestbooks make awesome keepsakes for the bride and groom after their wedding, as well shows off photos of your engagement session to your family as they write you little notes, and good luck wishes, instead of just their names.
Chrissy and Justin’s guestbook is an 8.5 x 11, 20 page guestbook, with a custom photo cover. However, they do come with other options. Size can be either 8×8 or 8.5×11 that is shown here. Cover options are pretty much endless as well. This book really seems like a real book, with the custom cover, but if you wanted a sleeker look, why not try a black leather cover? How about a red alligator leather cover? Or a soft brown suede? Told you they were endless! I love these books so much, and I hope you do too! Oh, one more thing! The pages on these books lay flat, so while people are writing you little notes, or good luck wishes, they wont be folding the book trying to get the pages out of the crease, cause when it’s open it’s always flat!

Well, as sad as I am to say goodbye to summer, I think it’s time to stop holding on. I just finished my last horse show of the season yesterday, and now it’s time to start thinking about what to do with all those pictures!
One of the products I was pleased to offer this year are my Collages! Take 2 – 4 pictures, add a little text and pizzazz and voila! A really great keepsake of your show year! Or even multiple years!
And, with only 80 DAYS left til Christmas, which yes is hard to believe, why not get your shopping done early and order one of these great collages for your young rider, or barn owner!
I’m currently offering them in either an 8×10 or 11×14 size. 8×10′s are $45.00 and 11×14′s are $50.00, discounts available for multiples of the same collage. Custom barnwood framing is also available for the collages to make them even more special, contact me for quotes.

Scuffed Boots Photography is pleased to announce three new packages just for this prom season!!
Royal Prom Package – $300.00
This package includes 2 hours of before prom coverage, of up to 10 couples! Pose with your date, your friends and as a whole group in your decided location. Parks, farms, fields, or even just downtown, the options are endless. All packages only include 1 location, so time isn’t wasted on traveling. Each person of the 10 couples will also receive a $10.00 print credit towards prints. This is a great package for large groups, and can be as low as $15.00* per person!
Mini Royal Prom Package – $200.00
This package is great for a tight group of friends who want to celebrate their night together! With a maximum of 5 couples, we spend an hour capturing the laughs, the smiles and even the happy tears! Be as creative as you want while picking your location. Follow the crowd or find your own. Have the same favorite hang out spot? Or maybe you love the look of your grandparents old barn. The sky is the limit for locations. This package also includes an $8.00 print credit towards prints, and can be as low as $20.00* per person.
Private Prom Sessions – $80.00
Looking to celebrate with just the 2 of you? Our private prom sessions are great for couples who are great on their own. With our undivided attention on you and your date, we’ll capture moments that will give you butterflies years later, or just make you giggle! Choose your favorite hang out spot, even if it’s just your back yard. 30 mins will be spent one on one with us and our camera, and the private package comes with an $8.00 print credit as well. At only 40.00 per person, it’s a great way to celebrate the end of school and the next step on life’s path.
